Common questions
What counts as a property?
Anything you've connected from Hospitable. A listing on Airbnb and VRBO for the same cabin counts as one property — we de-dupe by Hospitable listing.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Change anytime from settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I go over my tier's property limit?
You see a banner for 14 days while you decide. After that, outbound features like CSV exports, alerts, and AI insights pause until you upgrade. We never hide your historical data.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 7 days, full access. We take your card to start the trial but don't charge it until day 7. Cancel anytime before then and you won't pay anything.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual is 20% off monthly across every tier — including Pro.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contract, no clawback. You keep access through the end of your paid period.
Why is Pro priced per property?
Past 10 properties, costs scale roughly linearly on our side — more API calls, more storage. Per-property pricing keeps it fair: you only pay for what you actually track.
